Procesario is located in Lithuania, in the European Union. This notice is written with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in mind and applies to visitors from anywhere.
2. Website visit data
When you visit this site, the hosting infrastructure processes technical data needed to deliver the pages: your IP address, the pages requested, the time of the request, browser and device type, and the referring page. This is standard server logging. It is used for security, to keep the site running and to diagnose faults, on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of individuals.
The site loads its fonts, scripts and styles from its own domain. No third-party content is embedded on the pages, so no third party receives your visit data through embedded resources.
3. Analytics and cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are currently used on this website. The only browser storage the site uses is a single preference key that would remember your consent choice if analytics were enabled in future. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

4. Contact and partner forms
When you submit the contact form or the partner inquiry form, we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, and optionally job title, country, phone, area of interest, preferred contact method and your message. We also record the page the form was submitted from and, if present, campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source and similar) so we know how you found us.
We use this data for one purpose: to respond to your request and to have the conversation you asked for. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for the follow-up conversation, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Form submissions are delivered to our mailbox at info@procesario.com through a transactional email provider acting as our processor. Submissions are protected against automated abuse by a hidden form field and rate limiting; no third-party CAPTCHA service is used.
5. Marketing communications
We do not add you to a newsletter or an automated email sequence when you contact us. If we ever offer a newsletter, it will be opt-in, with a working unsubscribe link in every message, and it will be described here first.
6. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact, so that we can pick up where we left off if you return. If a business relationship follows, the data becomes part of that relationship's records and is retained according to the applicable contractual and accounting rules. Server logs are retained for a short, provider-defined period. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.
7. Recipients and transfers
Your data is processed by our hosting provider and our email delivery provider, who act on our instructions under data-processing terms. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@procesario.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija).
9. Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here in plain language.
