Website terms

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms govern the use of this website only. They are not a software license, a subscription agreement or a service-level agreement; those are agreed separately, in writing, per engagement.

1. Who we are

This website, www.procesario.com, is operated by Procesario, Rinktinės g. 5, LT-09234 Vilnius, Lithuania (“Procesario”, “we”). Contact: info@procesario.com.

[Owner review: legal entity name, registration code and VAT number to be confirmed before publication — see config/company.ts.]

2. An informational website

The content of this site describes the Procesario platform, its design intent and its roadmap. Where a capability is labelled “In development”, “Planned” or “Vision”, it is not available today. Product examples, figures and screens marked as illustrative or sample data are demonstrations of the product concept, not customer results. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; commercial terms are agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual property

The Procesario name, the Trace P mark, the wordmark, the Process Trace visual language and the text, graphics and code of this site are owned by Procesario or its licensors. You may view, print and quote short extracts for the purpose of evaluating Procesario, with attribution. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification requires our written permission. Third-party product names mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or scope; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site or its forms to send unsolicited commercial messages, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with the site's operation, to scrape it at a rate that burdens it, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may block access from sources that abuse the site.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to external websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Procesario is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Disputes concerning the website are subject to the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

10. Contact
